PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The small town of Flatby lies on the East Coast of England on a narrow split. However, when the Doomsday Book was written, this area of land was still under the sea. This comes in very handy for crusading Laura when she decides to declare independence in order to protect Flatby's fishing fleet (or rather old Tom and his boat) from European Community fishing regulations.
