PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Maggie and Andrew have a plan for their retirement, the good life, a house in France, excellent food and wine, maybe some golf. But then they return to the terrible news, their son and his equally appalling wife, "bootface" have died in a car crash. Which wouldn't be so bad - except they are the only next of kin to the three grandchildren and an assortment of pets. Maggie is not very keen on being 'Grandma' and was not much of a Mother the first time around.
