Wild Lives

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
For a young animal, the struggle to survive begins in the first few minutes of life. This battle will continue throughout adulthood to their natural or unnatural death. The distinctive stages of life can tell us much about their place in the natural world and how they fight to maintain it. Each program follows the intimate ‘private lives’ of one species chosen from the most complex and intelligent, the strongest and most sensitive of creatures. Through each distinctive stage of life we learn about their place in the natural world and how they fight to maintain it.
