MURDER MOST HORRID

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Tales of foul play, dastardly deeds and grisly goings-on that would turn Alfred Hitchcock and Agatha Christie green…

In The Case of the Missing, a traffic policewoman is promoted to investigate a murder. The Girl From Ipanema finds a Brazilian au pair dishing out a fatal cocktail of sexual and political intrigue. And in the hilarious He Died A Death, the cast of a West End whodunit could all cheerfully murder each other.

The clue to each of these cleverly-plotted British mystery parodies is Dawn French, who appears in each episode in an astonishing variety of disguises -- on both sides of the law.
